Admin Clerk
Job responsibilities:
- to manage overall everyday administrative functions
- provide pre and post sales admin support - prepare quotations, issue PO/DO/Invoice
- follow up on shipments delivery & ensure timely arrival of goods ordered
- keep/update stock records
- check incoming and outgoing email daily
- update and maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- expertise of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office (in particular Excel and Word)
- good time management expertise and the capability to prioritize work
- attention to detail and problem solving expertise
