Check the toilets’ flushing systems, car park, driveway, general condition, pest control, building façade, rooftop, drains, bin center, etc. Maintain utilities consumptions, relamping of exit lights Inspect switch room, electrical risers, fire and pump rooms, standby generator room, etc. according to planned schedule.
