Job responsibilities: » Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process » Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria » Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies located on the available function, industry standards, and the needs of the organization » Assists with job posting and advertisement processes » Screens candidates and selects qualified candidates » Schedules interviews; supervises preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials » Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders » Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending income ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details » Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies » Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions » Performs other tasks as assigned Requirements: » Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent » Min 5 years' practice in recruitment and sourcing activities » Able to communicate (both verbal and written) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia » Preferably from retail industry » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise, excellent interpersonal expertise with good negotiation tactics » Proactive and independent with the capability to take initiative » Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment » Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software » Willing to work in Johor Bahru » Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm Interested candidates please send your resumeor call us at 017-7679688 VIEW EMPLOYER E-MAIL / APPLY FOR JOB Send application or enquiry: Agensi Pekerjaan Carriera Talent Resources Sdn Bhd Company Profile Skills:
