Job Descriptionincome range: RM2000-RM2200 per monthEmployer : CT ART DESIGNS SDN BHD Workplace: IKEA DAMANSARA 1st Flr, No. 2, Jalan PJU 7/2, Mutiara Damansara, 47800, Petaling Jaya Selangor, Malaysia Interview Job location: IPC SHOPPING CENTRE P2-1, No. 2, Jalan PJU 7/2, Mutiara Damansara, 47800, Petaling Jaya Selangor, Malaysia Requirements » Fresh SPM/STPM/Diploma/Certificate are encouraged to apply; » Independant, pro-active, good communication and interpersonal expertise; » Computer literate in Miscrosolf Office and SQL Accounting Software; » 5 working days - 9.30am to 7.00pm / 12.30pm to 10.00pm/ 2 days full shift 9.30am to 10.00pm.Able to work on shift,saturday, sunday and public holiday; Responsibility » contact with customers, sub-contractors, IKEA Co-workerand significant party; » Provide information about products and services; » Arrange appointment schedule for customer and ensure proper records of customer details; » Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues; » Perform necessary follow up on customer case; » Manage day to day customer service operation including administration tasks; » Reminder calls on installation date and time; » Issue invoice, official receipt and credit note; » Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report to significant party; » Attend meeting with significant party especially IKEA Management; » Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
