Internship for Journalist
   » Answer Customer with FAQ, Improve FAQ List
   » Provide guidance how to use the Platform
   » Brainstorming on improving the uscapability and user practice of the platform
   » Improve and suggest enhancement located on the complaints and issue by user
   » Raising all the technical issues to the IT
   » Liaising with the users about their user practice and improve the platform
   » Customer Retention
   » Achieve 100% satisfaction of customer
JOB REQUIREMENT:
   » Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
   » candidates must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
   » Required Skill:MS Office
   » Required Required languagesEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese will be an added advantages
   » Good in writing English, simplify and traditional Mandarin
