Qualification Dip » practice 3-5 years » Job Description/ Requirement » Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or its equivalent. » Min 3-5 years of practice in Plant & facilities in a chemical plant. » Basic knowledge of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment. » Demonstrated capability to independently and effectively. » Good interpersonal and communication expertise » Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availcapability » Optimize spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W. » Ensure no down time due to unavailcapability of spare parts. » Service used equipment’s and components and ensure ready to use all time. » Analyse and improve equipment relicapability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors. » Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively. » Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site. » Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group. » Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s. » Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies. » Maintain Pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and conveyors.
