Job DescriptionMahaas Timber specialises in the export of softwood, hardwood, and other forms of timber solutions and building supplies.Key Job Description » Manage international shipment by liaising with supplier and forwarders for cargo readiness and shipment schedules. » Interface with internal/external freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, and other functional areas to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment. » Able to handle Imp + Exp (FCL/LCL) and all shipment documents. » Provide all matters of customer satisfaction service includes bookings, enquiries, and requests. » Handle full set of shipping documentations-invoices, packing list, bills of lading, certificate of origin etc. » Track job progress and coordinate with all related departments to ensure the job completion with periodic everyday and monthly reporting. » Maintain good documentation and filing system. » Perform other tasks as and when delegated. Key Job Requirement » practice specifically in Shipping or freight forwarding company environment is MUST. » Good knowledge of import/export operations industry-leading MNC companies. » capability to communicate effectively and good working relationship with 3PL's, transporters, vendors, shippers and forwarding agent. » Good knowledge in computers and MS Office application with intermediate level. » Meet tight datelined with trustworthy/integrity is required. » Required Required languages English. » Start immediately or in short period is preferred.
